Let's look at the following scenario

Scenario

During Mr. Lawrence's 5th grade brainstorming session for the story, Rosa, wants her character in the opera, to speak a line in Spanish. The other children think this is unusual because they don't understand Spanish. Using the guidelines you know about, how would you resolve this situation while also enforcing the 3 rules?
